1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RAGsolis DSR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Service
RAGsolis DSR is provided for legitimate petrol pump business management. You agree to:
- Provide accurate operational data
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
3. Data Ownership
All operational data you enter into RAGsolis DSR remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We process it solely to provide the service.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
RAGsolis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 15 days before deletion.
